子供達の潜在能力を開花させる秘訣

おはよう！台北、台湾。

講演者「大坪伸之」社長は０才から６才の幼児教育を17年間携わってきました。
その経験を皆様と分かち合うべくお話を頂きました。

講演後、私は子供達の教育に関する考えと行いが不適当だったことを気付きました。
私は本当に恥じていました。私は同じ過ちを避けるために　教育について学んだことをまとめました

大坪氏の話は主に以下の5つの点になります。

  1. 無条件で子供たちを愛して、尊重してあげてください。
  2. 子供たちが本来持つ能力を信じてあげてください。
  3. 共に喜び、共に感動する、暖かく見守ってください。
  4. 知的な教育よりは、道徳的な教育を重視してください。
  5. 彼らの可能性を受け入れて、他人と比較しないでください。

生まれてから6才まで、子供の脳は最も発達します。　
６歳以後、脳細胞成育緩慢になる。（脳の成長が緩やかになる）
それゆえ、育児の黄金期は０才から６歳の間が、子供の一生を左右する。と大坪氏は講演されていました。

讓孩子「潛能開花」的秘訣

早安，台北，台灣。   

主講人「大坪信之」社長，以他從事0?~6?幼兒教育長達17年的經驗，與APRA Taiwan會員分享他的專業領域。
聽完他的演講之後，我才醒覺到，原來自己在教育小孩子方面，有許多想法與做法是看起來正確，
實際上卻是錯誤的，真是令我感到慚愧。希望自己的下一代能?提早接觸到這種知識，以免重蹈我的覆轍。我

抄?了大坪老師對於培育小孩心靈的五個重點，如下：

  1. 給予無條件的愛，在尊重小孩子的立場上給予教育。
  2. 相信小孩本身具備必要的能力。
  3. 一起高興、一起感動，?暖地注視與守護。
  4. 不偏於智育，重視德育。
  5. 接受他們現有的表現，不做比較。

小孩子出生後，右腦特別發達，一切都從感性來出發，並且逐漸開始左腦(理性)的開發，6?以後，腦細胞發展緩慢。
因此，育兒的?金期就在這 0?~6?之間，這段時間的學習，左右這個小孩子的一生。

Secrets of Children’s Potential in Full Bloom

Good Morning! Taipei, Taiwan.

Mr. Nobuyuki Otsubo, President of Copel Corporation for children potential development,
shared his 17-year experiences in 0 to 6 years old children education with APRA Taiwan members.

After his speech, I was just awakened that many of my thoughts and doings on children education were improper.
I was really ashamed of myself.?
I hope my children can learn this correct concept of children education to avoid the same error.?

Here I took down Mr. Otsubo’s five major points of nourishing children’s mind as follows:

  1. Love your children unconditionally and teach them with respect.
  2. Believe your children are possessed of essential capabilities.? They are capable of solving their problems.
  3. Be cheerful and moved with your children, gaze lovingly into their eyes, and take care of them warmly.
  4. Rather than intellectual education, pay more attention to moral education.
  5. Accept what your children are capable of accomplishing at their ages, without comparing with others.

From birth to 6 years of age, children’s right brain development is the most activated, which makes young children more creative,
imaginative and intuitive than adults.? After six, brain cells develop slowly.?
Thus, “prime times” for children education are 0 to 6 years of age.? The education during this period influences children’s life significantly.?
